Return & exchange: how to do it?

Return conditions:

  • From receipt of your order, you have 14 calendar days to make your return request via our interface .

  • For us to validate the return , various conditions must be respected, namely:
- The order must be returned in the original condition and with all its accessories (box, extra-laces, etc.);

- The order must be protected by cardboard so that nothing is damaged during transport;

- The pair(s) of sneakers must not show any signs of wear.

  • We reserve the right not to accept your return or to ask you for compensation if one of the points stated is not respected and/or the package has been damaged .

Note: Returns and exchanges are not accepted on posters .
